Behance Portfolio Review Week Oct 26 - Nov 2 in New Delhi
WHY PORTFOLIO REVIEW WEEK? The creative world wants and needs more feedback. It’s the only way our work gets better. Portfolio Review Week was created to foster feedback exchange in the creative community. Behance wanted to develop an offline program so that members could meet in real life and connect with other Behancers from their community.
WHY USE BEHANCE? Create a multimedia portfolio to showcase your work. Manage your online portfolio - including your personal website - in one central place. Link with your Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin & more to broadcast your work widely and efficiently. Connect with other creatives on a global scale. Connect with top brands like Nike, Apple, Google and others that use Behance to find creative talent. Search for top creative work by country, creative field, or client name. Get discovered by top journalists, blogs, and recruiters. Members use Behance to showcase their work from start to finish, get proper credit online, and connect with peers, career opportunities, and industry leaders. Behance receives millions of visits every day! It is now part of the Adobe family; share your work directly from Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator.
As an Exhibitor, You can showcase one work of artwork no larger than 2 feet in any dimension. You are also eligible for a one-on-one portfolio review. I encourage you to prepare one core question that will prompt you feedback. Provide your Behance username or other contact information in case people want to connect after the event. Make sure this work and your profile information are updated.
As a Recruiter, you represent your organisation or start-up that is looking to hire artists for internships and creative jobs. Each recruiter gets a few minutes to explain what their company is all about, what they are looking for and why should one work with them. Provide your LinkedIn username or other contact information in case people want to connect after the event. Make sure you come with a laptop and business cards. Once the event is over, recruiters will receive a curated list of most promising profiles.
